The QUEEN ladies and gentlemen has returned from the big apple and just in time for the festive season I see, and she’s brought gifts to her loyal subjects and Africa.

Award winning media personality and entrepreneur Bonang Matheba just announced her collaboration with international shoe brand Steve Madden that is set to launch November 7^th.

Now if you follow the grand supreme as I do you would’ve picked up slight hints of this collaboration, you also would’ve picked up her love for the brand as she would from time-to-time post on her Insta Story her Steve Madden shoe game.

If memory serves me right she wore a stunning pair of gold Steve Maddens when she was the host and MC at the Nivea event paired with that gorgeous Prada dress.

Were those samples the queen was strutting in dropping crumbs for us to pick up on?

While now the cat is out of the bag and Bonang is launching what is dubbed as the Steve Madden Bonang Matheba Holiday Select Collection. #SMXBONANGHOLIDAY

This collection will release six footwear and two handbags’ styles as a special tribute to South Africa.

Bonang announced on her Instagram with a reel of the campaign and some BTS, where she is wearing the some of the items that are too be launched November 7^th.

Bonang in an interview said that during her time in America while filming her Documentary ‘A Very Bonang Year’ she met with shoe designer to bring this dream alive but unfortunately this dream was put to a screeching halt due to the pandemic.

Well thank the stars that they aligned and we are showered with this gift just in time for the holiday season.

She further continued to say in the interview that she believes that this move is a true reflection of the world’s readiness and reception of African talent, highlighting how a great many local stars are doing internationally.

This history making first African collaborative venture will have it’s exclusive launch which will include a fashion showcase of the Steve Madden Spring/Summer collection, at the Zeitz Mocaa Museum in Cape Town on November 7^th.

Queen B who is known for her love of shoes said that when it came to designing this line she was looking for styles that would be great to holiday in, celebrate in, dance the night away in, or even be the perfect fit to spoil someone special with over the festive season.

With the official announcement of this monumental launch Bonang teased on her Insta story with a video snippet of an upcoming release tied to this collaboration that hopefully soon we will be seeing on our TV screens.

It seems like she who reigns supreme has only begun to unravel the mysteries of her stay in the big apple and we can’t wait to see what other big surprises she has in store for us.
